Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal documents, formal discovery requests, notices, interrogatories, motions and summarizing depositions.
  • Assisting with locating and contracting witnesses, arranging for the interview and evaluating of witnesses,drafting witness declarations in proceedings and pretrial statements and assisting with the preparation of witness testimony.
  • Compiling and organizing trail notebooks, exhibits and files and coordinating the scheduling of witnesses, assisting attorneys with witness issues and note taking at State Bar trails.
  • Drafting formal discovery requests and responses, including special interrogatories, requests for admissions, production demands, deposition notices and motions to compel for the attorney.
