Earn Your Way In
As you progress through your degree, we track your growth. Top-performing scholars are shortlisted for internship consideration with Bridging Technologies. This is merit-based — we hire interns because they're capable and ready, not simply because they're in the program.
But the scholarship gives you a head start: mentorship, office exposure, and a relationship with our team. Many of our Year 1 scholars will become Bridging Technologies employees.
A note on employment
Participating in the Bridging Futures Scholarship does not create an employment relationship with Bridging Technologies. Any internship or future employment opportunity is separate from the scholarship and is based on your qualifications, interview performance, and business needs. We mentor because we believe in investing in talent. Future decisions are made on merit.

The Bridging Futures Class of 2026 spans 50 students across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh — studying everything from engineering to finance to design. Some are first-generation college students. Others are overcoming real obstacles. All of them are building something.
